NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON STUDENT & SCIENTIST PARTNERSHIPS

CONFERENCE REPORT

An invitational planning conference on Student and Scientist Partnerships was held in Washington, D.C. in October 1996. The sixty educators and scientists attending the conference examined the current state of the art, drew lessons from existing student and scientist partnerships, suggested solutions to barriers that hinder wider use of such partnerships, and recommended ways to interest more scientists and educators. The entire conference report can be found here.
